Banking

Cash machines (ATMs) are available throughout the resort. Guest Services offers foreign currency exchange services.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m. We appreciate our guests’ cooperation in observing the 10 a.m. check-out time so that the villa may be serviced for newly arriving guests. Guests arriving early may check their bags with the porter/bellhop prior to check-in time.

If a guest’s traveling schedule does not coincide with the resort check-out time, the Bell Services staff will be happy to temporarily store their luggage once the guest has vacated their villa.

Express Check-out is also available, providing for a quick and convenient check-out.

Groceries

For any grocery needs, visit The Market Place, located on site.

Mail/Packages

As a courtesy to our guests, our mail room will accept parcels for registered and arriving guests. All parcels must be addressed to the registered guest or with the name on the future reservation. All parcels will accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival and held up to two weeks after departure. Improperly addressed parcels and those left for more than two weeks after departure will be returned to sender.

We will accept up to 3 parcels free of charge, a $5 handling fee per additional parcel will be applied. For additional information, please contact the resort directly.

Newspapers

The Orlando Sentinel, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and a variety of foreign and other newspapers, plus an assortment of popular magazines and paperbacks are available for purchase at The Market Place.

Post Office

Letters and postcards can be left with the front desk or the mail station in the Reception Center for mailing. A post office mail box is located in front of the Reception Center.

Pre-Stock Villas

For a nominal fee, villas can be prestocked with both groceries and laundry products.

Special Occasions

Celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary while on vacation? Balloon bouquets and card deliveries are available through the Guest Services for a nominal fee.

Translation Services

If language translation services are required, Guest Services can provide a list of area translation services.

Video Game Arcade

Great fun for the kids. Video game arcades are located in the Spa Recreation Center, the Fountains Recreation Center, and the Springs Recreation Center.

DVD Movie Rental

Each Vistana villa features a DVD player. DVDs are available for rental at the Main Activities Center. A major credit card is required for renting movies.

Local Airport
The closest local airport is Orlando International Airport (OIA) which is located 16.5 miles from the resort.

Attraction Transportation
Scheduled shuttle buses are available for free to the Walt Disney World® Resort, Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios^TM and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park with taxi service available to Downtown Disney® area, Sea World® Orlando, Universal Studios Florida®, and Wet ‘n Wild.

Airport Transportation
Guest Services will be pleased to arrange limousine, shuttle bus or taxi service to Orlando International Airport (charges apply).

Car Rental
Guest Services can assist guests with rental arrangements and information.

Limousines
Guest Services will be pleased to arrange the services of a chauffeur-driven limousine.

Taxi
Guest Services will be happy to arrange taxi service for guests.
